Two issues to keep in mind though: For some reason, it takes 7 to 10 days for your book orders to arrive from Dog Ear—that’s slow. Also, publishers such as Outskirts Press charge $999 for their top package. They could offer at least as many benefits as Dog Ear if they raised their rate by $2,500.
