Aventine
Aventine’s biggest weakness is that they sell no books on their site and have no well-designed program to promote their authors. They do offer a publicity package for $995 but it seems a bit thrown together, and the author’s website would need a ton of optimization before it would attract anyone besides one’s grandparents and a few close friends.
